Out of the 52 bullets, seven of them were found in the vehicle while the other 45 and the two pistols were recovered from the suspects house in Marurui estate, Kiambu county.

The two were arraigned in court on Monday, January 6, and the prosecution sought for 10 more days to complete the investigations.

They denied the charges and told the court they had only stopped to buy food but left immediately after they were asked to leave the area.

“It is suspected that the respondents were conducting surveillance at the GSU Recce Company, Ruiru for purposes of carrying out a terrorist attack,” the prosecution told the court.
