HOME LEG WORKOUT 🦵❤ I wanted to share some really simple, yet effective leg exercises I’ve been doing with the girls at @fisioterapia_maesefilhos. . These exercises seem so easy to do but when you slow down the pace, really engage your core and breathing, they burn 🔥 . Do each movement for 10 reps and then repeat 2-3 times. My favourite is the first! . P.s. I am #25weekspregnant and each of these exercises, even the bridge at the end, have been approved and supervised by the girls at the Physio clinic.
