Major Kellie Brennan who is an army staff officer accused General Jonathan Vance of sexual misconduct.
She also accused him of imposing unfair power over her throughout her military career and forced her to stay silent.
In a recent interview, Brennan stated that she shared a long-term sexual relationship with Jonathan Vance while they were posted in Gagetown. Although Vance confirmed that the two dated for a while in Gagetown, they broke up after he became the chief of defense staff.
However, Brennan contradicted Vance’s statement saying they resumed their intimate relationship after she was posted to Toronto, Canada. She also went on to say that Vance has fathered two children with her but has not provided any child support.
