In 2019, a black 19 years old boy Anton Black was killed by three white officers.
David was the examiner in this case and reported and the death was caused by a health issue.

Due to his statement, the officers were not charged for Black’s Case.
The Black family sued Fowler for help the officers and covering the police department.
